Browse the website to make your purchase. Just select the products you want to shop, enter the quantity you desire and click on “Add to cart”.
Please provide your shipping address and payment information. Please refer to the payment options available to you. Once you have successfully opted your payment mode / made your payment, your order will be processed online immediately and will be shipped to you.
We accept orders for delivery within India.

Payment Policy

The Rustic Art website is set up to take immediate orders online through the following modes of payment:

  1. Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa/Mastercard/Diners/Amex Network – Once you make the payment, the Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Raythe Eco Trade Pvt Ltd

  4. Email Invoicing

All the products are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.


Replacement Policy

It is Rustic Art’s intention to satisfy our customers.

Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, kindly provide us with an unedited unboxing video of all four sides showing the box and products along with damage. This evidence is crucial for us to assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance. Please email to hello@rusticart.in within 24 hours of delivery. The video on email is mandatory for us to take next steps. 

Missing Items: Should any items be absent from your order, please share kindly provide us with an unedited, clear unboxing video of all four sides showing the box and products. Kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery on hello@rusticart.in. We will examine the situation and, if confirmed we will take appropriate action. 

Incorrect Product Delivery: In case an incorrect product is delivered, the same has to be reported within 24 hours by sending clear, unedited unboxing video (mandatory) of all four sides through an email at hello@rusticart.in. 

Damaged Product Delivery:

If the product delivered to you is damaged before you receive it, kindly do not accept the shipment. Kindly report the same within 24 hours at hello@rusticart.in. 

If the product is damaged after the product is delivered, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If after placing the order, you would want to cancel it, you could do so without incurring any cancellation charges only in case the product has not been shipped.

In case the product has been shipped, we would not be able to accept any cancellations. The product is usually shipped within 1 business day after placing the order.

In case the customer rejects the order during the delivery, cancellation charges of Rs. 100 will be incurred to cover the shipping costs & return shipping costs. Partial refund will be processed upon receipt of returned shipment.

In case the customer does not provide the OTP, answer the IVR calls for delivery confirmation & shipment is returned, cancellation charges of Rs. 100 will be incurred to cover the shipping costs & return shipping costs. Partial refund will be processed upon receipt of returned shipment.

Refund is processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the shipment back to our warehouse or after cancellation in original mode of payment.
