Ordering Policy

Browse the website to make your purchase. Just select the products you want to shop, enter the quantity you desire and click on “Add to cart”.
Please provide your shipping address and payment information. Please refer to the payment options available to you. Once you have successfully opted your payment mode / made your payment, your order will be processed online immediately and will be shipped to you.
We accept orders for delivery within India.

Payment Policy

The Rustic Art website is set up to take immediate orders online through the following modes of payment:

  1. Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa/Mastercard/Diners/Amex Network – Once you make the payment, the Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Erina Eco Craft Pvt Ltd
  2. All Debit Cards including Maestro
  3. 33+ Net banking options
  4. Email Invoicing

Return and Exchange Policy

The product need not be returned in any case.
The products will not be exchanged in any case.

Replacement Policy

It is Rustic Art’s intention to satisfy our customers.

Incorrect Product Delivery:

In case an incorrect product is delivered, the same has to be reported within 24 hours by sending an image of the same through an email at hello@rusticart.in. A replacement with the correct product will be dispatched within 1-2 business day between 9AM to 6PM from Monday to Saturday.

Damaged Product Delivery:

If the product delivered to you is damaged before you receive it, kindly do not accept the product. Kindly report the same within 24 hours at hello@rusticart.in . A replacement with the good quality product will be dispatched within 1 business day between 9AM to 6PM from Monday to Saturday.
If the product is damaged after the product is delivered, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
