It worked great for us. Before used the brand FINISH and most of the times it was not completely dissolved in the water and left in the soap dispenser. Rustic performed good and also economical. But our utensils are not like traditional indian household where they get dirty with lot of grease. We cook more light food so it worked well there.

I was searching for an organic detergent for my dishwasher machine, which does not create suds. I tried a few other products, mostly liquid, and had to be very careful not to pour too much to avoid suds.
